The key idea being making the process of tyre service more intuitive, informative, and interactive. With these select stores, Bridgestone India objective is to create envoirment that provides an informative experience for its consumers as they avail tyre services in these stores.

The process is enabled through a dedicated ecosystem of interactive design table , QR enabled content and an central system where customers can choose between array of choices offered by Bridgestone

The Smart Design Table

This is the first digital multitouch point for one customer at a time within the space, here the consumer will be interacting with the console to understand the recommended tyre in depth. This will showcase the features, innovation, grip details and other info which will help the consumer to make an informed choice and also explore other tyres if required.

Process will be as follows:

Step 1A: The expert can scan a QR code displayed on the corner of the interactive screen, which transfers the customers profile onto the interactive table. This helps in providing a more customized and personalized experience. On scanning the interactive screen name of the customer will be displayed, along with the product name resulted from the initial set of questions asked.
Step 1B: In case an expert is not available to assist; the customer can enter their phone number onto the interactive table screen to start a customized experience.
Step 2: The consumer will place the RFID tagged tyre miniatures on the table screen, from the category which has been suggested by the expert (mentioned on the screen). This will trigger short lifestyle video clips of the chosen category on the vertical screen on the wall.
Step 2: The customer then navigates through an interface on the interactive table screen to understand the features of the tyre through a simplified language. The vertical screen on the wall displays info/features etc.
Step 3: The customer understands the features and selects the final product.
